The new Cracked.com – making it easier than ever to cure workplace boredom
Cracked.com is already the most visited online humor site; in fact, our visitors spent more time on our site last month than competitors College Humor, FunnyorDie and The Onion – combined. But we never rest. We’ve rolled out a completely redesigned Cracked.com with a new look and even better experience. We listened to our consumers, which includes 1.2 million fans on Facebook, and made it even easier to be amused every day. And it’s already having an impact as page views per visit have climbed higher. On our home page, we highlight the latest laughs in six spotlights. We also included a “flashback” section for some timeless laughs and a “popular” section to showcase some of the most loved articles in the Cracked.com library. For those looking for some serendipity, we’ve included a “roll the dice” feature to uncover some comedic gems both old and new in our archive. As part of the new design, you’ll have easier access to our original, in-house video series, including ‘Agents of Cracked,’ winner of the 2010 Audience Choice Streamy Award. Beyond the new look of the website, Cracked fans can still access the great content on Cracked.com’s iPhone and iPad applications. In addition, take a look at, Cracked.com’s first book, ‘You Might Be A Zombie and Other Bad News,’ which charted on the best-seller lists of both The New York Times and Los Angeles Times. Suddenly, long days of sales reports, spreadsheets and endless email don’t seem so bad. You’re welcome America. And enjoy. Larry Fitzgibbon is Demand Media's EVP of Media and Operations, and manages the company's rapidly growing network of consumer properties.
