Las Vegas, Nevada (July 20, 2009) – Inter123 Corporation, a leading private equity firm that specializes in Information Technology and New Media companies, today announced that it entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of  the Internet domain Demand.Com to Demand Media Inc.
The sale of the internet domain further strengthens Inter123 Corporation reputation as the one of the leading technology investment and private equity firms in the Southwest. “This transaction demonstrates our increasing activity throughout our region” said Jeffrey Peterson, Chairman and President of Inter123 Corporation.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
